Upon arrival I was advised that I would have to put $200 on my credit card as a safety deposit and that it would just be pending or I could pay cash. I paid the $200 as I had booked the accommodation and prepaid for it online. Upon checking out I was then advised that the $200 deposit would take 7 to 10 business days to be returned. This is extremely unusual as every time I stay at a hotel it is always $1 charged to the account.

Also the hand sanitiser at the elevator that has a sign telling you to use before entry was empty. The elevators were filthy, there was a large black hair on our hand towel in our room, the water runs out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor, the slippers were clear used and disgusting.
Honestly considering the global pandemic I would have expected the accommodation and facilities to be cleaner.

Staff was also rude, definitely will notbe staying there again.
