We called looking for a motor on 12/17/2017, the sales person gave us the wrong part number, unbeknownst to us. We ordered a $336.40 motor (+ $23.14 freight) with the part number that was given to us by PTS. We realized once we received the motor that it was not what we asked for. We called to get a refund and were told it was our fault because we gave the incorrect part number - I'm not sure where they feel we would've gotten a part number from other than them. We were told we would have to pay return freight for the motor, but they would waive the restocking fee (we have that in writing). We shipped the motor via UPS - our cost - and PTS received it on 01/18/2018. Here it is 01/31/2018 and we still have not received a refund. After calling and repeatedly getting someone's voicemail, we finally spoke with someone in Accounting who was going to take care of the refund. Later on we received an email stating we were getting a refund but also getting charged an $84.10 restocking fee and $20.00 return freight fee....we paid UPS directly for the return freight, so we're not sure why we're supposed to pay them for something we already paid for. It's apparent this company does not operate professionally or in a timely fashion. Now we're having to get our attorney involved all for $104.10 that PTS refuses to return to us.
