LGE has constructed two seawall projects, a garage demolition and the subsequent building of a new one on the same footprint. In all these projects we had a pre-agreed price which was never adjusted for any reason. This alone is likely unique in the construction/excavation business. Lou began all projects on time and the finish point was pretty well on time as well. We dealt effectively with state and local regulators especially regarding the seawall which could have easily gotten out of hand. My previous experience with contractors of similar type services has not always gone smoothly to put it mildly. My experience with LGE is however one that I can recommend without reservation. In fact we have become close friends after the projects were completed which I would say would not be a common result from most persons experience in such projects.
