East village has all the hallmarks of a modern brunch eatery. Plants, pictures, good location, funky cutlery, vegan carrot cake.

Popped in for a quick double boiled egg and toast breakfast. Unfortunately the protein hadn t set in the eggs and I got a white sloppy mess when I cracked them. If the cooks there can t boil an egg I won t be back.

Would be a 1 star, but staff seemed friendly, and gave back money for meal no questions asked.
