Terrible customer service. Trying to roll my 401k ...

Terrible customer service. Trying to roll my 401k to another company and had issue after issue. When I started this I took a proactive approach, calling several time to make sure everything would happen correctly. I even had my own representative Courtney Williams. Extremely disappointed!
