Absolutely terrible service. Never would recommend...

Absolutely terrible service. Never would recommend to use Furniture at work.
Ordered a chair in April. Originally when we placed the order we expected a next day delivery based on the details from the portal. When we contacted customer services team we have been told that the shipment will be delivered on the 27th, nothing arrived again. I contracted CS team on the 28th and again promises. CS team informed me that the stock already was shipped and should reach my via DPD on the 29th. When I contacted CS team on the 29th at the end of the day I have been advised that the chair will be delivered to Furniture at Work tomorrow (on the 30th) only, despatched and delivered with next 2-3 working days. So I decided to cancel the order on the 29th. The stock still was shipped to my address (even after cancellation). I refused the delivery on the 4th and again contacted CS team for refund.
I have been informed that the refund should reach the account within 5-10 working days today is 27th and we still do not have money on the account. Called to Customers services team and all I hear is "we will chase Finance team for you"
