Quality was surprisingly good, but the price is disproportionately high. It remains van der Valk and not a star restaurant. Staff vary in quality. Some dishes come in 2 sizes. If you ask how big is the larger portion compared to of those smaller ones, one waiter replied 'well a little bigger' and the other waiter could tell exactly in grams. The operation is quick.
