Wrote a review on the Denver location, but I actually went here. Terrible service, was told they couldn't even find the problem I was having with the PC that I had just purchased from them. Was told there was a 90 day return period, and when I stated I wanted a return, I was told returns were only given on new devices. I talked to the store owner (Jeff) because he says he wants to guarantee satisfaction, but he only offered me excuses, and the offer that if I wanted further inspection of my faulty unit, that it would cost me money to inspect software, and that it must be something I was running. I have since moved out of state, and now the unit is crashing daily. I have had the problem diagnosed (in short order) as a faulty cooling fan, which I had originally stated as what I thought the problem was. Now I have to pay to have the unit fixed here. $400 waste of money, waste of my time, and poor practices overall. Dean was working hard to sell me the unit, but when I came back (multiple times) to talk with him about it, he directed me elsewhere, and couldn't seem to care less that he sold me a faulty unit.
