No internal investigation should be needed for the...

No internal investigation should be needed for the obviously unlawful detainment of Johnny Wheatcroft. I will be joining a class action lawsuit. I would like a personal letter of apology from the entire staff of the police force. No reasonable member of society would have maliciously detained and harmed a man with out probable cause for detainment without a warrant. I will also be emailing the District Attorney to prosecute criminal charges
