I had my vehicle brought here to adjust valves. When I went to get it no one acknowledged I was there. Finally I walked behind the counter where they just stared at me. After getting one guy cornered I was told I needed a crate motor for $3500. I laughed and left. Went somewhere else where they adjusted valves & I'm still driving it today. Perhaps I got no customer service because I'm dark, seemed like a bunch of good old boys attitude.

There is no way to reply to your questions so I will continue w/ post.

What really got me was the total lack of customer service.
I stood there at the counter for 15 minutes, there were at least 3-4 people behind counter. No wait a moment or we will be with you, absolutely nothing. Then when I went behind counter & told them which vehicle it just got quiet and one guy said I needed a new crate engine, no explanation or alternatives. No printout on diagnosis. I wanted more info but got none so the only reason I paid was so I could get my keys and get out. I felt belittled as if the joke was on me.Then to top it off my door handle was broken when I went to drive away. You guys came highly recommended but like I said maybe only for white folk or Mormons I don't know. There is no way to post a pick of my rig. Don't worry I WONT BE BACK!
