After a very stressful incident involving a VCE students computer where the hard drive was destroyed, and being located in a remote area dealing with limited computer retailers and Australia Post during COVID....they were incredibly professional and supportive, very reassuring and communicative through the whole process!!

And they actually delivered on top of that, all the data essential to the VCE results retrieved
