I'll start by saying that it's been our family tradition to eat at Zehnders cafeteria for 10 years the first week of December. We have Thanksgiving at Bavarian Inn. We have ALWAYS loved the food and the service. Something is very, very off today. The staff behind the counter looked and behaved as though they were in prison serving the prisoners?! Zero eye contact. No nicities to the customer. Zero give a damn that there was no one on the line serving while 9-10 of us stood and stared at them leaving, refilling and talking amongst themselves all at a snail's pace. The potatoes were a tablespoon of additional milk away from being runny and clearly BOXED??! The server told us when asked for a breast that it would be awhile...which is fine but he could have offered another option or steered us to the brisket? Behaved as if he gave a rats a$$ about his job? $61.00 for 4 dinners. When an 11 year old won't eat the mashed potatoes, you know it's not good. Best wishes, Zendhers.
