Unfortunately, Community Eye care is affiliated with my employer. I had returned a pair of contacts because my prescription had changed. I was never credited for the return contacts so after waiting and waiting I called them and ask the status. I was told that they would never know I had returned contacts and less I called them. They told me my account would be corrected and I could check on the website the next day for the adjustment. After several weeks go by I submit the repayment for my glasses and of course the credit still is not there so I only received a partial reimbursement. Two months later I called back the lady was very defensive with me (Vivian).. She would not give me a timeframe for a resolution and stated that there were multiple Departments involved and she would let me know as soon as possible.. she was quite rude to me on the phone because I was asking her questions about a resolution and the process. She was unwilling to give me any of that information. The situation has been going on since June and we are now in October. I am not happy with Community Eye care and will not re-enroll for next year!
