I feel like we were manipulated by EDC into doing work for them, as we are still waiting on payment 2 months later. We do not do billing- we require payment same day that work will be done, so Erica Vasquez said she would notate on our file that we would get paid same day. It was clear by the time our plumber was done doing work, that this agreement to pay us same day was a complete fabrication. When we called to get payment, we were told there was no note on our file, and we were told a check would be cut in 30-45 days. It s been an endless game of calling and explaining the situation, just for them to tell me they will call me back later that day. No one ever calls us back. No one can ever tell us the status on the "check" that's supposedly coming. I talked to an accountant, Judy, last week who stated she s authorized to make some payments on Friday, and she might call to make a payment via credit card- which never happened.

We did work for EDC in December of 2017, and never got paid. When Erica called in December of 2018 to set up an appointment, we notified her that there was an unpaid and overdue balance on the account, which she paid immediately. Only 52 weeks late. Maybe we will get payment for this job once EDC needs us again?
