Personally I find that reimbursement level works. However, the big downside is the increase in monthly bonds each year. For me this is not justified despite the excuse of the increase in veterinary costs in France. 3rd more each month the following year this represents a hell of a budget and it does not retain the customer at all especially when the dog did not need any fees over the year
