Did 3 trips Italy, Greece, a ferry trip is always nice, but lousy booking, messy boarding, issues with safety, corona and air emissions.

Booking confirmation: incomplete or none at all. Customer desk unattainable by phone.

Terminals Patras/Brindisi/Ancona are dangerous! Absence of signage, scary truck driving, refugee hunting, very long wait.

Corona measures not enforced for truck drivers.
Rescue boats: release bolts rusted, MOB boats look neglected.
Chimney belches thick, yellow smoke: heavy fuel oil, even in the ports.
