I BELIEVE YOU MUST DO CHANGE YOUR COMPANY POLICY OTHERWISE I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE WILL NEVER TRUST YOU IF THERE IS NO CONFIDENCE ...... NO CONTRACT
