Terrible experience. After a long day at work, I check in to a room that has no working bathroom light. Maintenance is unavailable. Change rooms. Wake up to no hot water. Change rooms. No hot water there, either. Have to catch a plane, so I take a cold shower. "Sorry about the inconvenience, we gave you 1000 points." Yeah.... thanks.
