We stayed here after our friends who had recently been there recommended it. A large property, we were glad we brought our stroller. Our room smelled like smoke when we arrived. Aired it out while we went to the waterpark which helped. We booked a double queen room and one of the beds had a dirty top blanket (hair and stains on it). The extra blanket in the room had hair on it.
We stayed Monday-Wednesday and unfortunately Camp Social, their new food hall was closed all week. We found breakfast at The Thirsty Buffalo restaurant. GREAT service there and good drinks. We found the water at Wild West Waterpark too cold for us and our toddler but really enjoyed our time at the Klondike Kavern waterpark.
The coupon book they gave us at check in had some expired coupons in it and one for a cafe that didn't exist anymore.
What really was annoying was that we were confronted 3 separate times regarding attending a timeshare presentation at The Wyndam property that was just built next door.
We booked our room when it was on sale and overall we had a fun, family getaway. We wouldn't stay there again.
