The staff at this hotel made my first experience in Philadelphia a wonderful one! They were extremely courteous and responsive to all my needs. A special thank you to Lawrence and Kate. They provided incredible service and were just great people overall! Next I'm in Philly, I'm definitely coming back to stay with my new family at Kimpton Monaco!
