Didn t go as good as I initially thought so change...

Didn t go as good as I initially thought so changed to 3 stars. Salesman was awesome. Financing group not so much. Maybe work on validating final payoffs before funding so there are no surprises to the customer on a payoff being short. I thought it was odd you have the customer fill something out on the payoff instead of the finance group validating with the current lien holder. Should really change your process on that to be more proactive.
