Surprised to see all negative reviews. For 6 years I've experienced nothing but excellent service. My house is at the end of the power line deep in the woods. One night a tree came down cutting the power off. It was late Friday night in January, -15F with a blizzard. Somebody walked in snowshoes with a chainsaw a mile from the road, crossed the partially frozen river, cut down and stacked the tree. The power was back in less than 3 hrs. In the city I would have to wait until the end of the weekend at least.
