I have worked with WSR and in particular property manager Scott Langner for the last four years and during that time frame I have acted in the capacity of Board President for the Four Seasons Villas for several of those years. I have nothing but the upmost regard for the professionalism and integrity, in particular with Scott Langner, of WSR. I have found WSR to be extremely responsive to the needs of my community. Scott has made himself available even on the weekends and holidays when an issue arises in our complex. WSR has a thorough knowledge of the needs of any HOA community. In addition Scott Langner s staff, primarily Dawn, provides quick responses to the members of our community as needs or issues arise. I highly recommend WSR for the management of any community.
