My wife and I had a pleasant experience at Toyota of Richardson. Omar greeted us nicely on meeting for the first time. He was very patient in explaining everything and really fun to be around. He was sure to make me an offer I couldn't refuse, without ever pressuring me into making a decision I wasn't certain about. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying a Toyota vehicle.
