USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! If there was a "less than 1 star, " I would rate this company a 0.
I hired Precise Payroll for my small business last year. Up until recently they were fine, processed my payroll, gave excellent customer service etc...
However, in early March 2020, we received a letter from PA Dept of Revenue saying that there was a problem with our payroll taxes and we were assessed a penalty. I immediately emailed Precise Payroll about this problem, and have still not heard from them (now May 4th, 2020). I have sent numerous emails to my account manager (Helen), with no response. I then cc'd their District Sales Manager (Amy) - no response, and then I left her a voicemail - no response. Worse, I have no idea whether or not they have done my 1st Quarter 2020 payroll taxes since I have not received an email or any correspondence whatsoever. I'm sure I will be assessed again, with more penalties and interest if this is the case. I understand there is a pandemic going on, and my retail business has been closed per state mandate, but there's no reason for them to treat my company this way. When we are allowed to reopen, I will be finding a new Payroll service for my company. I am preparing to turn this issue over to my attorney since I cannot afford to get in trouble with the state, and the IRS, for Precise Payroll's negligence and endangerment of my company.
