Bad experience with this factory
I placed an order and was not informed that I had to pay a tax for the goods to enter the state. The goods were withheld and they did not even support me, I discovered alone that I was withheld, I resolved the issue and the carrier did not deliver. I asked to remove it, but I need the sender to authorize it. I contacted both the representative and the factory commercial and they did not respond. . It's been 30 days since they sent and so far nothing to receive and they don't care.
