I told them the only reason that I'm choosing ymca is pool and on my first day I couldn't swim. I went to pool and it was really empty, 3-4 people were there. One lady warned me I can't swim until 7.50 because they're having class and time was 7.10, she was loudly with her nervous face. This is really big shame to say your customer you need to wait 40 mins if you want to swim. I just had shower and got my stuffs and I came home.
I don't understand why am I paying if I can't swim whenever I want? First thing I'll do leave my membership from ymca as soon as possible. Also I'm going to ask my money back.
