Worst electric company I have ever seen! Electric is not a luxury it is a necessity and KUA is not customer friendly. I have never been late on my bills but one month I was going to be 11 days late on my bill, my next bill hadn't even come out yet and they turned off my power on the 10th day and I was only 10 days behind on a $200 bill and they have $450 deposit on file! I have never heard of customer service like that in my life! They don't care about people they care about money! Poor customer service. I was very upset. I am no longer impressed with their services and I hope another electric company comes to town and stops their monopoly on the people of Kissimmee.
