We were on a mission to find a hard to find item, and the online store said in store purchase only! We left Disney Springs for the All-Star resorts. The guard was very nice in letting us through the gate without paying for parking. The staff was as helpful as they could. The online store and app had incorrect info and the actual stores didn't have the item we were looking for. They still helped us call around to the other resorts, but no luck.
