I had explicitly requested the following services at the time of the appointment

1) Air conditioning equipment inspection

2) Investigation as to why the auxiliary heat mode was always operational when heating was turned on

The technician informed me that it is not possible to do (1) at this moment as a higher ambient temperature is required for the service. The appointment scheduling team should have been aware of this.

As regards (2), the problem is as yet undetermined.
