From start to finish, we were kept up to date on when and who would be here to do the work. We had 11 can lights installed in several rooms. Our kitchen received six lights to replace our old fluorescent ones that were recessed in the ceiling.

They removed the old lights and then professionally framed in the new can lights. After a fresh coat of paint was applied on the trim and box, the ceiling was painted and all access holes were patched and painted to match existing wall color.

New popcorn ceiling was patched and the color matched perfectly, We had great follow up from Wes, the coordinator, and Fred the final auditor. Fred and I went through the checklist to make sure we were happy. It was a rainy day and I noticed that one of our windows had a leak.

I asked Fred to look at it and he told me that he would send a worker out to make sure the leak was not from any work they did (They had to run new wiring in the attic to power the new lights). As promised, their worker came here in less than 24 hours and looked at the leak.

He discovered that the trim around the window had a crack and needed calking. He offered to calk it for me but I still needed to get calk and told him I can take care of it.

This company did an excellent job and upon leaving for the day and at the end of the job, they picked up and cleaned any mess they made. We would use them again and are very happy with the end result. We highly recommend Reliable Home Inc. for any project you may have.
