Dentists and assistants are wonderful but the people at the reception needs to be changed urgently. Its like they are forced to work there. Especially the Black lady at reception,she has a terrible attitude towards people. She will get upset if you try to talk to her before she allows you to. I tried to say hi and and joked said oh are you busy and she with a very serious face said escuse me can you wait by the sign post, i will call you when im free. That was exactly where i was standing. I pointed to the sign and said what, this one? She couldnt say a word and She then ignored me for a few mins. I really dont want to be served by this lady any more. The other recrptionists are like this aswell. I only like the lady with short black hair and glasses. She is very freindly and approachable.
Please deal with this otherwise next time i will tell her not to serve me, i am not going to allow her to treat me like that infront of my children!
