I was looking to purchase a 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum in a specific color combination that was hard to find locally in Louisiana. I decided to expand my dealer search and called Baker Nissan in Houston as they appeared to have my second color choice in inventory and had good reviews. I got connected to Star Norris and she was very helpful from the beginning. She followed up with me periodically via , email, text and phone over the next few days working to get the right car and the right price. At the last moment, a local dealer got my preferred color combo and so I went with them. The next day, Star and Baker Nissan offered to match the deal on a matching car that had come in that day, but at that point, we all agreed the 5 hour travel didn't make sense vs. the local offer. My experience was very good with Star and she did everything right to earn my business, it ultimately came down to my color preference and timing. Considering I was working with 8 other dealers trying to get the right price and color combo, I would rank Star's professionalism and integrity in the top two of my experiences with the various dealers.
