I wish there was a zero star option. I called asking if they had a cake that I wanted, and an extremely rude person said no , then hung up immediately, not waiting to see if I had further questions. When I called back, the person answered with an attitude that is definitely not fit for someone whose job LITERALLY REQUIRES you to speak to people. If there is one thing that gets on my nerves, it s people that are rude. WONT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS, THATS FOR SURE. Horrible customer service. Carvel, when you hire your next employees, make sure they have good and welcoming personalities, because this person sure didn t. Also your ice cream sucks.
