My dog was really sick.. I waited 8 hours only to be told they needed to run more test... They gave me 2 options.. I opted to take him home and monitor like I was instructed by the Vet. She said I declined treatment!! That wasn't true.. I said a waiver stating I would pay up to $700.. with $200 of that paid so that he could be seen. They take primary appointments over ER visitors.. Let's just say I spent $500 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I'm happy to report my baby boy had pancreatitus and he's recovering slowly. I'll NEVER BRING MY DOG HERE AGAIN!! There only interest is the area... and financial... Not in the best interest of the pets.
