I enjoy working with John. He is a master of his craft. Very knowledgeable about different policies and is able to explain everything so I can understand. He is very informative and patience. I had 3 , 1 hour calls before I completely understood everything and felt comfortable moving forward with my policy. Enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to working with John in the future.
