I played phone tag with Millenium for 4 days. They kept calling at inconvenient times, did not leave messages. Whenever you call the front desk, they put you on a "Call back" list where you receive a call back anywhere from 1-4 business days. They stated I would get a quicker call back if I filled out the online quote (took 2 days). After back and forth phone calls, I finally got one agent, Leona. She was unable to locate my online quote. We discussed pricing but when I went to add another vehicle and that works out of town, they refused to insure it. Biggest waste of time. Find another insurance company. If it took 4 days of back and forth, imagine dealing with them with a claim.
