Was negotiating a deal with sales, and even though it didn t seem like we were going to be able to agree on a price (which I totally understand happens), the communication was terrible. Of the 6-7 times we talked I would have to call back to try and get in touch with my salesman. He only returned 2 calls. My last conversation with them was 4 days ago and still haven t heard back, after He told me Give me a few minutes and I ll call you back . Wanted to keep business local, but it s tough with such lack of communication
