We were immediately greeted by Arnell upon walking...

We were immediately greeted by Arnell upon walking in. He took us right to where we check in. Christian helped us at the front desk, gave us dinner ideas, a map of the city and made us feel right at home. We saw both of them later on that evening and it turns out we have a lot in common! Great staff, accommodations and amenities. We will be staying again --- every time we are in town! We even thought about moving to Columbia because of the wonderful staff! We have never felt so welcome! up on leaving the next morning, Arnel and Kevin insisted upon an iced cold bottle of water for each of us and told us to have a wonderful stay where we were headed. Excellent. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Give these men a raise!
