This review is specifically for the individuals who answer the phones and relay information to dispatch or transfer you to speak to a Duty Officer. Not sure what their job tasks are but I m pretty sure polite, courteous, knowledgeable are somewhere in there. Instead, I received very poor customer service skills. One young lady was extremely Inattentive and condescending. After telling me in tone that I was wasting her time, she said someone would call me back. That call never came. Calling back next day and I m met with more of the same. All I wanted to do was make a report after being rear ended. A little compassion wouldn t hurt and accurate information would truly be a bonus.
