What can I say about this hotel except BLOODY MARV...

What can I say about this hotel except BLOODY MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!! I stayed there last week for 5 nights and had the most enjoyable time whilst I was there. The room was clean, spotless in fact and was serviced every day by friendly staff. The kids had their own club and what impressed me greatly was the area set aside for the kids to play - fully supervised with an area even set aside for the really little ones. Parents could leave the kids and not have to worry about them. The pool was awesome, I swam there every day. Breakfast was plentiful, but beware if you leave your table to go and get a juice or a cup of tea.......birds will help themselves to whatever is on your plate. Cheeky!!!!!! Ella and the other front desk staff could not do enough for you. I had a small leak in the bathroom when I first arrived and it was fixed quickly without any problem and I did not have to keep reminding anyone. I would certainly stay there again and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang. I also enjoyed wandering around the night markets which are right outside the hotel. The local buses stop outside the hotel too which is great for going into Georgetown and cheap too....2 ringits for the trip.
