I needed an appointment on a relatively short time...

I needed an appointment on a relatively short timeline and used West End's online booking system to make an appointment with Kim, the owner, in a couple days. I appreciated the ability to book online so you can see the extent of availability, pricing, etc. Kim was fantastic--on time, listened to what I wanted while also offering suggestions, and I enjoyed talking to her! I didn't have any color services, but am very happy with my cut. The salon itself is clean and modern, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this salon above others in Rochester!
