Deplorable communication (don't expect an answer from them on emails or phone calls), and they rely solely on their (broken) web form as a filtration system. Not taking into account the current covid situation and how this is affecting the rental market. Disgusted that they demand a credit report (which costs $25) to be submitted with other personal information through their busted, non-secured portal when their internal management system appears to be so disorganized. How can we cancel Executive Properties?? Better to deal with the landlord directly.
