John Heller Review of Reliance first capital, llc
Reliance First Capital gave me a loan to refinance...
Reliance First Capital gave me a loan to refinance my house. The administrators of this LLC had the wisdom to hire and retain smart and caring people. They treated me like I was someone important even though my wife and I are seniors and have very modest incomes. We really must be their worst clients because all three credit reporting agencies showed negative things that were resolved up to decades ago. I was encouraged by them to file disputes, which I did, and our credit ratings went from the mid-500s to the low 700s and in time those numbers will improve once the agencies see that we don't have the debts they say we do. For example, one of them said I had a student loan. I don't. I paid it off over a decade ago. Another agency confused me with my son who has my name and the same agency confused my wife with my daughter-in-law who has the same name as my wife. I'm writing this on Sept. 17, 2021 and just last week I was notified that we got the loan. The refinance saves us $652 a month. We started the process in June 2021. No matter what your financial situation is, if you are considering a mortgage loan, Reliance will not stop trying to get you that loan. I am a veteran. To get a VA guaranteed loan the lending company has to know the VA's rules. Of course, Reliance issues loans to everyone, not just vets, but not having me deal with the VA process was refreshing.
