I was charged for an item that was cancelled by Ro...

I was charged for an item that was cancelled by RockAuto. At first it showed as stocked and later got an email stating the order had to be canceled. Got it, system error. But why would your help menu state that if it says "in stock" that you have it. Not only that I have been charged for the part already. NO it is not on hold in my bank account or pending. The funds have been given to RockAuto. Where is my money or my part?
