These is for the first time in my 4 years of my career i felt very very really bad about the technical recruiter in the worst way of asking the questions and i hope to remember you one thing . I seen the best of the best companies and their recruitment process the way how they ask questions is impressible. And when the opposite person may give the wrong . It's not the recruiter right to laugh at him loudly . Mistakes will happen . And specially when it's a video based interview which recruiter asks the person to show the hands on the screen and asks questions . Never ever seen such way of interview. I hope it will be much better if the recruiters get well trained in the way of interacting with people . It's a lot much needed for a company . It's really terrible experience . For the first time in my career i am giving a feedback because it has to be changed in the companies policy in way of interacting with people.

Requesting company management to teach ethics and importance of the people connectivity. # Really Terrible
