Pros: great staff - very courteous and gave great recommendations, hotel security present, enforcing mask use, nice furnishings and bed linens. Great location - close to Beale street and other restaurants but no excessive street noise.

Cons: lost a star due to the lack of insulation between rooms! If not for our noisy neighbors and noisy AC unit, would have been a great stay. Our neighbors were playing music or TV until 2 am, when I finally gave in and called the front desk. After two warnings, they decreased the volume but still could easily hear their conversations. I don t even know that they were being loud, so much as the noise insulation between rooms is incredibly poor. The AC and fan also were very Noisy and the clicking on and off did not allow us to get a continuous night sleep. Given the main function of a hotel is to provide a restful place to sleep, this is a huge fail in my opinion.
