I ordered a topo/survey through them last year and...

I ordered a topo/survey through them last year and I never got a copy sent to me. When I called for a copy, they said "We can't give a copy out without the owner of the company approving it." But they had no problem cashing my check and not giving me a copy last year. Very unprofessional. This is holding up a personal deal of mine.
