A good idea to breathe new life into the old house...

A good idea to breathe new life into the old house and not deny the past as an administrative building.
However, you shouldn't have too high expectations of this hotel.
The hotel does not have a reception. Instead, there is a table in the entrance area, at which the staff loll around. The staff is rude, speaks incomprehensible English and immediately lets the guest know that they are not welcome.
Rooms are located in the dark, smelly cellar and can only be reached via long, gloomy corridors. The decor is shabby. Shoe cleaning equipment, shoehorns, body lotion and everything else to be expected in a hotel room of this price range are missing. The bed creaks, the curtains cannot be drawn so that it is really dark in the room and the refrigerator makes noises half the night. The television is set up in such a way that the screen cannot be seen from the bed or the couch.
