I have been banking here for 30 years, nothing but praise for the first 28, then it started to change 20mo ago, the last year has been really terrible. I just spent 28 min on a call to talk to the right person that could stop paper statements since it wasn't working online. in the last 3 months I have had multiple staff encounters and was given blatantly incorrect info by staff who just didn't know what they were doing, polite, just not trained. It caused a host of issues and resulted in the bank refunding 3 different amounts due to their errors, should have been 4, but wasn't worth the time to get the correction done.
Four words: untrained ineffective systems/ expansion
